This shall set forth and explain how we will use, disclose and protect your information once it is collected, if at all. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide.

"Personal Information" is information that can be used to identify an individual or allow someone to contact an individual. We may collect Personal Information such as your name, postal or physical address, email address, telephone number and credit card and other payment information.

 Information We Collect Automatically.

Our servers do not record any information sent from your browser (“Log Data”).  Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, pages of websites that you visit, the time spent on those pages and access times and dates. The only information we will have about you is what you choose to give us – for example, your e-mail address.

We do use, sell, license, rent, disclose, expose, publish, exploit or reveal Personal Information to any party for any purpose.

·                  processing and fulfilling transactions, namely the purchase of Event tickets

·                  responding to your requests, should you have any, or other communications from you

·                  sending you marketing and other communications (adding you to our Mail Chimp list), including from our owner(s), an event company, about their other event(s)

·                  protecting our rights and property and the rights, property, and safety of others

·                  investigating suspected fraud or other unlawful activity

We retain your Personal Information when we have an ongoing legitimate business purposes to do so, including for as long as reasonably necessary to provide you with services and information. We also retain your Personal Information as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

You can contact us to exercise your rights under applicable law to access, review, correct, obtain a copy, port, delete, block or withdraw consent to the processing of certain Personal Information.  We reserve the right to keep certain Personal Information necessary for record-keeping to the extent permitted and/or required by law, including any statutory retention requirements.
